The Out Of Gym Experience
Not everyone can commit to a week away from home to kick-start their fitness regime or challenge their body like never before. So, Target Health and Fitness are now introducing non residential Fit Camps that you can attend on a daily basis.
You can choose to do one or two days on our weekend camps, or take part in our single day events during the week. Each day lasts between six and seven hours and we're so nice - we even give you a lunch break...
Every day comprise of a mix of fat burning endurance exercises and high intensity, calorie burning workouts - just like you'd find at our residential courses.
You WILL be taken out of your comfort zone, and you WILL achieve things you never thought possible.
Come prepared to have fun and work hard in a friendly, group environment. There are no superstars here, just participants who are prepared to challenge their personal limits and push them further than ever before.
Bad weather won't get in the way of your training so be prepared to get wet and dirty on the odd occasion. Dress accordingly and you won't even notice.
The make-up of each day will differ, but you can expect to be walking, or even running up local hills (dependant on ability), Mountain Biking through well pathed forest trails, team challenges using both strength and brain power.
