One to One Training


You will work with your trainer in the environment of your choice, be that at our home gym, at your house or in the great outdoors. 
Each session will be structured to meet your own specific pre-determined goals. We will supply all the equipment needed to maximise your workout. Your session may consist of one or more of the following types of training.

  • Cardiovascular Training
  • Resistance Training
  • Sport Specific Training
  • Functional Core Stability
  • Resistance Training
  • Circuit Training
  • Flexibility
Why not share the costs on this service and bring along a friend. Maximum of two if training inside, four if outdoors.


Spinning (max 4)

Get your friends together and book a private indoor cycle to music class. These sessions are real cardio calorie burners - be prepared to work hard and reap the rewards.

Trail Cycle Tours (max 8)

Why not get out and enjoy the some of the best bike trails anywhere in Scotland. We can take you anywhere from the Trossachs of Central Scotland to the the Scots Pine forests of Cairngorm National Park. Bike Hire can be arranged locally in most locations for those without a bike.
